Spicy Almond Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Toasted almond slivers |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Sambal |
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro leaves |
| 1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Thai basil leaves |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fish sauce |
| Juice of 2 limes | ||
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Peanut oil |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| Water - to thin |
In a food processor, puree all. May need to add a little water to make puree smooth. Check for seasoning.
