Soy Marinated Ginger Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Rice wine vinegar |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Thin soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sliced scallion |
1 cup | 237ml | Thinly-sliced ginger |
Bring vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and scallions to a boil. Add ginger, bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
