Shiitake Sticky Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Sliced shiitakes |
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Steamed Glutinous Rice - see * Note |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced ginger |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |

In a hot pan, saute garlic and ginger in a little canola oil. Check for seasoning. Add shiitakes and cook until soft.
In a bowl, mix hot rice with shiitakes. Form triangles with hands.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
