Hoisin Lime Oil Recipe - Cooking Index
Canola oil - for cooking | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Hoisin |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lime juice |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Canola oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground white pepper - to taste |
In a nonstick pan, coat with oil and cook hoisin for 3 minutes. Transfer to a blender. Add lime juice and blend, drizzling in the oil. Add seasoning.
