Gingered Spaghetti Squash Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Spaghetti squash - halved, deseeded (small) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Minced ginger |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Place squash on baking dish and add the butter, honey, ginger and seasoning. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until squash is "al dente". Do not overcook the squash. Spoon out squash and check for seasoning. Keep warm for serving.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
