1/2 cup | 118ml | Julienned red bell pepper |
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Thai basil leaves |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sliced scallions |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Kaffir Lime-Peanut Sauce - see * Note |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |

In a large bowl toss with sauce. Check for seasoning. Garnish with Thai basil leaves.
