1 cup | 237ml | Couscous |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Virgin olive oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Boiling water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped cilantro |
In a stainless steel bowl, combine the couscous, salt, pepper and olive oil. Pour the boiling water over the couscous and quickly stir and seal with plastic wrap. When cooled, fluff lightly with a fork and toss in the cilantro.
