Celery And Coconut Salad

1/4 cup 59mlDrained yogurt (yogurt cream)
3   Garlic cloves - minced
  Juice of 1 lemon
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste
1 tablespoon 15mlBlack sesame seeds
2   Celery stalks - washed, peeled,
  And grated
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozGrated fresh coconut

Recipe Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds. Add the grated celery and coconut and toss well.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
