3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black sesame seeds |
2 | Celery stalks - washed, peeled, | |
And grated | ||
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Grated fresh coconut |
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds. Add the grated celery and coconut and toss well.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
