Spicy Dipping Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black vinegar, or Chinkiang vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile paste |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and serve with "Shao Mai - (Pork Dumplings)" (the recipe for which is included in this collection) or similar dishes.
This recipe yields 2/3 cup sauce.
