1   Carrot - shredded
1   Celery stalk - finely chopped
2   Scallions - thinly sliced
2 teaspoons 10mlReduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced fresh tarragon

1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly-ground black pepper
2 teaspoons 10mlOat-bran pita breads - halved (small)

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, carrot, celery, scallions, mayonnaise, tarragon and pepper. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture into each pita half.
