Tarragon Turkey Salad Sandwich Recipe - Cooking Index

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced fresh tarragon |

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oat-bran pita breads - halved (small) |
In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, carrot, celery, scallions, mayonnaise, tarragon and pepper. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture into each pita half.
