Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlPowdered hot mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlFreshly-ground white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSesame oil
2 tablespoons 30mlWater

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, adding more or less water depending on desired thinness of sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes, then serve as a dipping sauce for Egg Rolls.

This recipe yields about 1/4 cup.
