Hot Mustard Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Powdered hot mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Freshly-ground white vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, adding more or less water depending on desired thinness of sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes, then serve as a dipping sauce for Egg Rolls.
This recipe yields about 1/4 cup.
