Watercress Mayonnaise Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Watercress, leaves only - roughly chopped | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice | 
| 1 | Tabasco sauce | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise, preferably homemade | 
In a blender, combine the watercress, sour cream, lemon juice, tabasco, salt, and pepper. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise.
This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise.
