Watercress Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients

2   Watercress, leaves only - roughly chopped
1 cup 237mlSour cream
2 teaspoons 10mlFresh lemon juice
1   Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise, preferably homemade

Recipe Instructions

In a blender, combine the watercress, sour cream, lemon juice, tabasco, salt, and pepper. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise.

This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise.
