Tomato Salsa Cruda

Recipe Ingredients

4   Italian Roma tomatoes - cored, chopped
2   Serrano chilies - (1 to 2) - chopped
1/4   Onion - chopped (small)
  Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon 5mlSea salt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

In a bowl, place the tomatoes, chilies, onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Store in a covered container, in the refrigerator, no more than 1 day.

This recipe yields about 1 cup of salsa.
