Smoky Caesar Salad With Chile Croutons

4 cups 160g / 5.6ozSweet curly Romaine leaves - washed, dried, and torn in large pieces
1/2 cup 118mlSmoky Caesar Dressing - see * Note
  Chile Croutons - see * Note
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozQueso Anejo cheese
8   Anchovy fillets

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Smoky Caesar Dressing" and "Chile Croutons" recipes which are included in this collection.

Place the Romaine leaves in a large bowl. Add the Chile Croutons and Queso Anejo, then drizzle with Smoky Caesar Dressing. Toss lightly to combine. Serve on salad plates topped with anchovies.
