Preheat the broiler.
In a large nonstick skillet, melt the margarine. Add the mushrooms and onions; cook, stirring as needed, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the turkey and cook until heated through, about 1 minute.
Arrange the toasted rolls on a nonstick baking sheet; divide the turkey mixture among the rolls and sprinkle with the cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
