Roasted Red Pepper Garnish

Recipe Ingredients

2   Red bell peppers - roast, seed, peel, and julienne
1   Oregano, leaves only - roughly chop
1/2 cup 118mlGreen olives - pit, roughly chop
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Mix together the red pepper strips, oregano, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and reserve.

Use as a garnish for salads.
