Roasted Red Pepper Garnish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Red bell peppers - roast, seed, peel, and julienne | |
1 | Oregano, leaves only - roughly chop | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Green olives - pit, roughly chop |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Mix together the red pepper strips, oregano, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and reserve.
Use as a garnish for salads.
