Red Pepper Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - minced (small) |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 | Red bell pepper - seeded and minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coarse salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion and saute until soft, about 10 minutes . Add garlic and bell pepper and saute another 2 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and heat through. Serve.
