In a blender or food processor, puree the cottage and cream cheeses; add the mustard. Add the Asiago cheese, scallions and jalapeño; pulse to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a 2-cup microwavable dish; microwave on High until heated through, 3 minutes.
Serve at once.
