Hot, boiled and skinned, potatoes | ||
1 | Cilantro, stems included | |
6 | Yellow chiles - seeded (small) | |
1 | Pale green (Hungarian) chile - seeded (large) | |
1 | Green onions, white and green parts | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mexican Crema - see * Note |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
Juice of 1 lime |
* Note: See the "Crema" recipe which is included in this collection.
Place all of the above ingredients, except potatoes, in a blender. Blend until very smooth.
Use as a sauce over the very hot, boiled, and skinned potatoes.
This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups of sauce for ?? side dish servings.
