Orange Cilantro Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

4   Oranges - peeled, sectioned
1   Cilantro, leaves and stems - roughly chopped
1   Jalapeno chile - stemmed, seeded, (small) and finely diced
1   Red onion - julienned (small)
1/4 cup 59mlOlive oil
1/4 cup 59mlRed wine vinegar
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCracked black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine the oranges, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

This recipe yields about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of salsa.
