Mexicano Cocktail

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozYellow watermelon - seeded, and cut into chunks
6 oz 170gAged blue Agave tequila
6   Ice cubes - crushed
1 cup 237mlWater - or to taste
6 sections  Fresh mint - for garnish
6 sections  Red watermelon spears - for garnish (small)

Recipe Instructions

In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
