1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Yellow watermelon - seeded, and cut into chunks |
6 oz | 170g | Aged blue Agave tequila |
6 | Ice cubes - crushed | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water - or to taste |
6 sections | Fresh mint - for garnish | |
6 sections | Red watermelon spears - for garnish (small) |
In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water. Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
