Recipe Ingredients

1   Bag shredded cabbage and
  Carrot coleslaw blend - (16 oz)
2   Apples - cored and diced
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozRaisins
1/4 cup 59mlReduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlCider vinegar
1 teaspoon 5mlDijon mustard

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw blend, apples, raisins, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Refrigerate, covered, until the flavors are blended, at least 1 hour.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
