4 cups 948mlTorn romaine lettuce
12   Cherry tomatoes - halved
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozBean sprouts
1/4 cup 4g / 0.1ozMinced cilantro
2   Scallions - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlFat-free Caesar salad dressing
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons 30mlGrated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts, cilantro and scallions. Add the dressing and lemon juice; toss to coat. Serve, sprinkled with the cheese.
