20 | Cloves garlic - thinly sliced (large) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coarse salt |
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat. Add garlic slices and saute until lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain garlic on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
