Fresh Fruit Punch

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 396g / 13ozSugar
1 cup 237mlWater
1   Dry white wine
1   Sparkling water - (1.5 liters)
6 cups 876g / 30ozChopped seeded watermelon
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped mango or papaya
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped pineapple

Recipe Instructions

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the syrup is clear. Set aside to cool.

Combine the syrup, wine, and sparkling water and stir well. Add the remaining fruit and serve cold.

This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
