Cranberry Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh cranberries - chopped |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Orange zest |
3 | Granny Smith apples - peeled and diced | |
3 | Oranges - juiced | |
2 | Serrano chiles - seeded and chopped | |
1 | Cilantro - chopped | |
2 | Green onions |
Mix all the ingredients and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate. Perfect with turkey and gravy!!
This recipe yields about 12 servings.
