Cracked Black Pepper Garnish Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cracked black pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly-squeezed lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Spoon over vegetables or drizzle lightly over dressed salads as a garnish.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of garnish.
