Corn On The Cob With Cayenne And Lime Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Corn ears - husked, and cleaned of silk | |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Unsalted butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne pepper - or to taste |
Juice of 2 limes - (abt 2 tbsps) | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the corn and cook just 4 minutes, no longer.
Meanwhile, melt the butter with the cayenne. Add the lime juice and salt. Drain the corn, brush generously with the flavored butter and serve immediately.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
