Chili Powder Blend Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Ancho chili powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cumin |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried oregano |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coriander |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sea salt |
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar. Use in any recipe that calls for chili powder.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of seasoning.
