1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Grated Mexican Asadero or Manchego cheese |
1 cup | 237ml | Roasted Jalapeno Salsa - see * Note |

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In an ovenproof baking/serving dish combine the cheese with the Roasted Jalapeno Salsa and bake until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
