Caramel Topping

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons	60ml	Unsalted butter
2 tablespoons	30ml	Heavy cream
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Pecan halves

Recipe Instructions

In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and cream. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the pecan halves.
