3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Refried Black Beans - see * Note |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sour cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground cumin |
1 cup | 237ml | Salsa Fresca - see * Note |

In food processor with a metal blade place Refried Black Beans. Process 2 to 3 minutes, until fairly smooth. Add sour cream and cumin if desired, and mix another minute to blend. Stir in Salsa Fresca until just combined. Serve.
This recipe yields about 4 3/4 cups of dip.
