3 cups 480g / 16ozRefried Black Beans - see * Note
3/4 cup 177mlSour cream
2 teaspoons 10mlGround cumin
1 cup 237mlSalsa Fresca - see * Note

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Refried Black Beans" and "Salsa Fresca" recipes which are included in this collection.

In food processor with a metal blade place Refried Black Beans. Process 2 to 3 minutes, until fairly smooth. Add sour cream and cumin if desired, and mix another minute to blend. Stir in Salsa Fresca until just combined. Serve.

This recipe yields about 4 3/4 cups of dip.
