Avocado Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2   Avocados, preferably Haas
1/2   Fresh cilantro leaves - chopped
1/2   Red onion - finely chopped (small)
3   Jalapeno chiles - stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
1   Tomato - seeded, finely diced (medium)
  Juice of 1 lime
4 tablespoons 60mlOlive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlCoarse salt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cut the avocados into quarters. Remove the seeds, peel and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork. Add the remaining ingredients and beat with a fork to mix thoroughly.
