4 | Avocados - (4 to 5) - peeled, chopped fine | |
1 | White onion - finely chopped (small) | |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Finely-chopped cilantro |
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Serrano chiles - finely chopped (small) (or 1 small jalapeno chile) |
Juice of 2 limes | ||
Sea salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Mash the avocados with a fork and stir in the onions, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
