2 teaspoons | 10ml | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
4 | Reduced-calorie whole-wheat bread - toasted | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese |
Preheat the broiler.
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, celery, scallions, mayonnaise and pepper. Divide the mixture among the 4 slices of toast; sprinkle with the cheese. Broil 5 inches from the heat, until the cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
