Zesty Remoulade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish, drained |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | Celery stalk - finely chopped | |
| 2 | Green onions - (to 3) - finely chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-chopped chives |
| 1 | Garlic clove - finely chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve chilled.
This recipe yields 1 3/4 cups.
