Recipe Ingredients

2   Peaches or nectarines - diced
1 cup 237mlApricot-mango nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup 59mlFrozen light whipped topping
6   Single-serve graham cracker crusts
  Mint sprigs

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the peaches and yogurt; gently fold in the whipped topping. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the peach mixture into each crust. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 2 hours.

Serve, garnished with the mint.
