Spicy Tomato Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Ripe fresh tomatoes - finely diced |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced green onions |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced cilantro |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Freshly-squeezed lemon juice |
1/2 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
This recipe yields about 1 cup.
