Spicy Baked Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Russet potatoes - scrubbed (medium) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thinly slice potatoes vertically within l-inch of long base. Mix olive oil and Tabasco sauce in small bowl. Rub mixture over surface of potatoes. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender throughout. Add salt and pepper to taste.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
