Shrimp Quesadillas Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tabasco brand Green Sauce |

1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Medium shrimp - cooked, peeled, |
Deveined and chopped | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded Muenster cheese |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, green onion and 1 tablespoon Tabasco green sauce. Spread on 2 flour tortillas; sprinkle with half of chopped shrimp. Top with remaining tortillas. Top tortillas with remaining shrimp, tomato and cheese; sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon Tabasco green sauce.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve cut into wedges.
