Sedona Vegetable Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Unsalted butter or margarine - (2 sticks) - softened |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced green onions |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano leaves - crumbled |
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. May be refrigerated 2 to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before using.
Use as baste on vegetables during grilling process.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
