Roasted Thyme Potato Slices Recipe - Cooking Index
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Butter - melted |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Kosher salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried thyme |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
4 | Russet potatoes - scrubbed, and | |
Cut into 1/4" slices |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix butter, kosher salt, thyme and Tabasco sauce in 9-inch baking pan. Add potato slices; toss to coat well. Spread slices out in pan. Bake 40 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
