Lime And Tequila Baste Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh squeezed lime juice - (4 limes) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tequila |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Tabasco Pepper Sauce |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped fresh coriander |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add olive oil and stir after each addition. Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle over grilled fish before serving.
This recipe yields approximately 1 cup.
