Hot Garlic-Roasted Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Russet potatoes - unpared, and | |
Cut into 1" chunks | ||
2 | Garlic cloves - peeled, sliced (large) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Toss potatoes with garlic, oil, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste in large roasting pan. Roast in center of oven 15 minutes. Remove and stir to expose uncooked potato. Return to oven and continue to roast an additional 15 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
