Hot Crab Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFresh or canned crab meat - well picked over
1   Cream cheese - (8 oz) - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlMilk
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - finely chopped (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlPrepared horseradish - drained
2 tablespoons 30mlMayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDry mustard
3 tablespoons 45mlDry sherry
  Salt - to taste
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozSliced almonds - toasted

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds. Transfer to shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through. Top with toasted almonds and serve with crackers or sour dough bread slices.

This recipe yields about 2 cups.
