Hot Artichoke Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1   Artichoke hearts - (14 oz) - drained, chopped
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozGrated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise
2   Green onions - (to 3) - finely chopped
2 teaspoons 10mlTabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozFinely chopped fresh herbs
  (i.E. Parsley, basil, dill, chives)
2   Belgian endive heads - (optional)
  Salt - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with chips, pita triangles, crackers or raw vegetable sticks and slices.

This recipe yields about 3 cups.
