Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Artichoke hearts - (14 oz) - drained, chopped | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
2 | Green onions - (to 3) - finely chopped | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely chopped fresh herbs |
(i.E. Parsley, basil, dill, chives) | ||
2 | Belgian endive heads - (optional) | |
Salt - to taste |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with chips, pita triangles, crackers or raw vegetable sticks and slices.
This recipe yields about 3 cups.
