Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ripe avocados - peeled (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tomato - chopped (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - chopped (small) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime or lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco brand pepper sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
In medium bowl, mash avocados with fork until chunky. Add tomato, onion, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and salt until well blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve with fresh cut up vegetables and chips.
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
