Green Gazpacho Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Green onions - cut in half | |
2 | Celery stalks - cut large pieces | |
1 | Cucumber - peeled, seeded (medium) | |
1 | Green bell pepper - cored | |
1 cup | 237ml | Green seedless grapes |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro leaves - (loosely packed) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | White grape juice |
In food processor, place green onions, celery, cucumber, green pepper, grapes, cilantro, lime juice, Tabasco sauce, and salt. Pulse to combine, but not puree.
Pour white grape juice through feed tube and pulse to mix with other ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
