Green Garden Salad Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Plain yogurt
1 cup	40g / 1.4oz	Spinach leaves
1/4 cup	10g / 0.4oz	Fresh parsely leaves
2 tablespoons	30ml	Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt

Recipe Instructions

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.

Serve with tossed green salad, cucumber-tomato salad, grilled or poached fish and chicken, or kebabas.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
