Creamy Orange Jalapeno Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
A mixture of half sour cream and half whipping cream may be substituted for "crema Mexicana" in this recipe.

3 tablespoons | 45ml | Frozen orange juice concentrate |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce |
In small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve chilled.
This recipe yields 2/3 cup.
